Flexographic , also known as flexo printing, is a form of

rotary printing in which quick drying inks are transferred

from Flexible printing plates to a substrate . This is primarily

used for large scale printing of texts and images on a variety

of materials such as plastic , metallic film, paper and

non-wovens.

Solvent Base Tri-Layer Lamination 

By this machine we can laminate three separate film at a time

with solvent adhesive. Specially for high dart and high bond

we use solvent base lamination. This method is suitable for

different types of films like Pet, BOPP, LD/LLDPE, Foil etc.

Solvent Less Lamination

By this machine only two film can be laminated in one go with

solvent less adhesive. The importance of this process there is

no chance of solvent retention in the inner material. The result

is environmental protection, safety and stability of production

as well as the product migration is very very less.

into narrower rolls. Referred to as the master roll, these large coils

are then run through a slitting line, which converts it to reversal
